Step 2
In the nest step, you are supposed to create a layer by going to Layer>New>Layer. After that, name it as “surface”. As you are done with the same, select a specific area on the layer with the help of “rectangular marquee tool”. Here, you should use default colors such as # 000000 as foreground and #ffffff as background and go to Filter> Render> Clouds.

Step 3
Make the “surface” layer selected and go to Filter> Artistic> Plastic wrap. Now, for plastic wrap, you are required to use the following values. Now, you need to Press “Ctrl+T” so that it resizes the selected area and subsequently expand it in order to fit your canvas. Duplicate this “surface layer”

Step 4
In order to resize, press ‘Ctrl+T” and on its completion, drag the textured layer to the top portion of the canvas. It is important to add lighting to the surface layer. And it can be done as you go to Filter> Render> Lighting effects. In order to get enhanced and coveted effects, it is important to use “omni”

Step 5

You are required to change the “blending mode” to “Luminosity” as this will assist towards finishing the surface portion. Furthermore, it is going to work wonders towards reducing the capacity of the layer to 80%. You can erase the lower edges with the help of soft round eraser and hence, it can easily blend with the background as well.

Step 6
This is the time when you have to select the duplicate later and by pressing “Ctrl+T”, you will decrease its size. You have to drag it below the original surface option. It is recommended to use “Overlay” blending mode and 50% opacity.
Step 7
Now, it is the time to create residue in water. You will be creating a new layer just above the gradient later and get it filled with # 000000 color. Go to Filter> Noise> Add noise.
Thereby, change the bending mode of the noise layer to “screen” along with the capacity to 15%.

Step 8
Create the bottoms of image and it can be done as you open the “stones” and select the bottom part with the help of “pen tool” and click “Ctrl+U”. This will in turn open the “Hue and Saturation”.

Step 9
By opening the “rocks” image, select the some portion of rocks and use “pen tool”. Now, desaturate the image as it is done in step 8. Later on, as you are done with the same, in order to give a realistic look, you have to adjust the position of both stones as well as rocks images

Step 10
Now, duplicate the blue gradient layer and get its copy placed just above the “rocks” image layer. It is important for you to change its blending mode to “Linear light” and opacity to 80%.

Step 11
Now, it is the time to create the effect of sunrays penetrating through the surface. For this, you need to create a layer and select a square which should be 80% of your canvas size. It is done as you use “rectangular marquee tool”. Thereby, go to Filter> Render> Clouds. Then click on Image> Adjustments>Threshold. Now, go to Filter> Blur> Radial blur and use the given settings. This is the time when you are supposed to change the blending mode to “Linear dodge” and opacity to 50%.

Step 12
How can you make water without fishes as it will not do justice to the whole surrounding, Isn’t it? For this, select the “brush tool” and draw them of various different sizes. Through “color overlay” blending option, you are going to add color. It is advisable to collect fish in a new group and its capacity should be reduced to 75%. This is the way, you will be a prized witness to such an electrifying and mind-blowing picturesque beauty which is hard to be described in mere words.
